Third Party Recruiting Policy
Third-Party Recruiters, Recruitment Agencies or Staffing Agencies
While RVA does work with third-party recruiting agencies, we work with a small group of preferred vendors that have been selected after an intense screening and evaluation process carried out by RVA’s Human Resources group.
RVA will not pay a fee to a recruiter or agency that has not passed the screening process and that does not have a signed RVA agreement. If a recruiter or agency submits candidate introductions, resumes or CVs without an agreement, RVA has the right to pursue and hire such candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. Any unsolicited resumes or CVs submitted to an RVA employee, including those submitted to hiring managers, will be deemed the property of RVA. RVA will not be held liable to pay a placement fee.
All vendors must have a duly executed RVA agreement that has been signed by an RVA officer. The agreement must be dated no later than one year before the date of the resume or CV submission. Verbal or written commitments, outside of an executed agreement, from any RVA employee will not be considered binding terms.
It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiters and recruiting and staffing agencies to know this policy.
Submitting Your Agency for Consideration
Due to the number of solicitations that we receive from recruiting agencies, we do periodically review our preferred vendor list.
If you would like to be considered as a potential future vendor, please contact RVA via email at hr@rvanderson.com. Please include information about your firm, as well as a primary point of content. Please note that providing this information DOES NOT qualify you as a preferred vendor, and instead only qualifies you as a potential future vendor.
