RVA’s Instrumentation and Control Manager, Tom Woodcock Elected President of the Ontario Water Works Association

RVA’s Manager of the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) team, Tom Woodcock, has been elected as the new President of the Ontario Water Works Association (OWWA).

Tom was officially elected on May 5, 2025, during this year’s OWWA Annual Water Conference & Trade Show held at Blue Mountain Resort. His appointment marks a significant milestone in a career dedicated to advancing Ontario’s water sector.

An active member of OWWA since 2011, Tom has contributed to the association in several leadership roles. He served as Young Professionals (YP) Committee Chair in 2016, was elected to the Board of Directors in 2020, and in 2022 received the American Water Works Association’s (AWWA) 5 Under 35 Outstanding YP Award. This prestigious recognition celebrates young professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and service to their association.

Now stepping into his new role as OWWA President, Tom is committed to strengthening the water community, supporting young professionals and students, and collaborating with partner associations across Canada.
