RVA Recognized as One of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers of 2024!

Toronto, ON—April 2, 2024—R. V. Anderson Associates Limited (RVA), a leader in the provision of engineering and architectural consulting services, has reaffirmed its status as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers for the fifth consecutive year.

Now in its 11th year of operation, the annual Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers editorial competition recognizes leading small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that offer the nation’s best workplaces and forward-thinking human resources policies. Applicants are evaluated based on the same criteria as Mediacorp’s esteemed Top 100 Employers project, which include: 1) Physical Workplace; 2) Work Atmosphere & Social; 3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; 4) Vacation & Time Off; 5) Employee Communications; 6) Performance Management; 7) Training & Skills Development; and 8) Community Involvement.

RVA was selected as an employer of choice based on an evaluation of all its current initiatives, but was recognized by MediaCorp notably for its focus on creating a culture of growth, learning, and wellbeing.
