RVA is Once Again Recognized as One of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers of 2025!

R.V. Anderson Associates Limited (RVA), is a Canadian, employee-owned engineering and architectural consulting firm, recognized for the 6th consecutive year as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers.

This award, presented by Mediacorp Canada Inc., as part of its annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project, celebrates small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that offer outstanding workplace environments, innovative HR policies, strong employee engagement, and a healthy work-life balance.

Selected based on a range of criteria, such as: 1) Physical Workplace; 2) Work Atmosphere & Social; 3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; 4) Vacation & Time Off; 5) Employee Communications; 6) Performance Management; 7) Training & Skills Development; and 8) Community Involvement, Mediacorp also stated that this year’s applicant pool was especially competitive and found the initiatives from winning employers inspiring.

RVA upholds a rewarding workplace culture where team members can thrive.
