RVA Celebrates 6th Year on Greater Toronto’s Top Employers List for 2025

R.V. Anderson Associates Limited (RVA) was named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2025 by MediaCorp Canada Inc., marking our sixth year on this prestigious list.

For nearly two decades, the Greater Toronto’s Top Employers competition has set the gold standard for workplace excellence in the region. The Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with a population of over 6.8 million and over 72,000 establishments in Toronto, is a hub of activity across various industries. In view of this, the GTA is said to be the economic engine of Canada, and one of the most multicultural cities in the world.

In a region that boasts over 40% of Canada’s corporate headquarters, making it one of the sought-after employment landscapes in the country, being named among the top employers is an incredible honour. This recognition, once again, reflects RVA’s dedication to attracting and retaining top talents by fostering an environment where employees thrive in all aspects.

Each year, MediaCorp ranks employers based on eight factors: (1) workplace; (2) work atmosphere and social; (3) health, financial and family benefits; (4) vacation and time-off; (5) employee communications; (6) performance management; (7) training and skills development; and (8) community involvement. The Greater Toronto’s Top Employers list celebrates organizations that champion innovative Human Resources initiatives and cultivate outstanding workplace culture, setting the standard for what it means to be an employer of choice in the city. We are especially proud that our efforts in creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce, along with continued investment in employee development, have been recognized.
