RVA Appoints Vince Grande to Board of Directors

RVA is pleased to announce the appointment of Vince Grande to its Board of Directors, welcoming an accomplished leader to the company’s governance team.

Since joining RVA in 2002, Vince has held a range of progressive leadership roles within the Niagara office, including Shareholder Associate, Assistant Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Senior Associate, Principal, and Associate Vice President. He currently serves as Vice President, Operations. His long-standing commitment to RVA and depth of experience make him a valuable addition to the Board.

With over three decades of experience, Vince has led multidisciplinary teams in the investigation, design, and contract administration of projects involving wastewater systems, water supply, municipal infrastructure, and related facilities. His expertise spans strategic direction, project and people management, planning and environmental assessments, detailed design, and construction oversight. He brings extensive experience across both the public sector and consulting industry.

As a member of the Board, Vince is committed to building on RVA’s strong legacy of leadership and being an employee-owned company. “I’m most excited about the opportunity to represent my colleagues and strengthen our commitment to being an employee-owned company as we look ahead to the future of our industry and RVA’s role in it,” said Vince.
