RVA Appoints Two New Directors to its Board

TORONTO, ON—July 4, 2022—R.V. Anderson Associates Limited (RVA) has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors: Vincent Nazareth, Independent Director and Board Chair, and Brian Althouse, Board Director. These new appointments support the long-term viability of the firm and bring increased diversity and transparency to the governing body at RVA.

Along with the introduction of two new members, the Board will begin inviting selected guests to contribute to Board meetings and discussions. This evolution in RVA’s governance model will ensure that the firm’s leadership will continue to be made up of diverse experiences, geographies, perspectives, and capabilities to better serve the firm’s stakeholders.
