(July 2016) – A $21-million renovation at Millbrook’s wastewater treatment plant is officially done, five years after it started.

The idea was to ensure the village of Millbrook can grow by up to 1,000 homes.

“Council had the foresight to be proactive on the needs of the community,” said Cavan Monaghan Township Mayor Scott McFadden at a ribbon-cutting on Thursday.
