RVA is OPEN for business and is doing its part to flatten the curve and reduce the impact of COVID-19 with modified business operations across the country.
Our remote work capabilities, together with a core group of essential in-house staff, allow our staff to work from home, maintain service continuity and deliver on our projects.

RVA officially opens its new office in the western GTHA
RVA is growing! To better serve our clients within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area, Halton Region and Peel Region, RVA has opened a new space within Burlington. This office will strengthen RVA’s presence and offers dedicated space for building closer relationships with our western-Ontario based clients.

Vince Grande, P.Eng., PMP appointed Principal
Vince Grande, P.Eng., PMP appointed Principal
RVA’s Directors proudly announce that Vince Grande, P.Eng., PMP has been appointed as Principal. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and joined RVA in 2002. He was appointed an Associate in 2004 and a Senior Associate in 2014.
Vince is the Regional Manager of the Niagara office. Through this role, he leads a team in providing investigation, design and contract administration services for water, wastewater and municipal projects. His recent project management experience includes projects at Niagara Region’s Decew Falls Water Treatment Plant, Smithville Sewage Pumping Station, and Kent Avenue Reservoir.
Moe Latif, OAA appointed Principal
Moe Latif, OAA appointed Principal
RVA’s Directors proudly announce the appointment of Moe Latif to the position of Principal. He joined in 2016 as RVA’s Architectural Discipline Lead and has successfully expanded the company’s architectural portfolio.
Moe is a graduate of the Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He has nearly 25 years of experience in architectural design, urban design, construction administration and project management. He has coordinated and managed mega-projects with construction costs over $1 billion US.
Based out of the Toronto office, Moe will continue building RVA’s architectural business line. His recent successes includes a new school in New Brunswick and a community centre in Toronto.
