This presentation enquires whether to repair or rehabilitate a water main, the indirect and direct costs of water main breaks, the variations between replacements and rehabilitations, how to reduce those costs, and the incorporation of lifecycle cost analysis, which can assist in minimizing direct and indirect costs.
