Canadian Leadership and Board of Directors

The RVA Leadership and Board of Directors play a crucial role in guiding the firm’s short- and long-term strategy. Our Leadership provides oversight of management and serves as advocates to support management in the execution of the firm’s strategies and day-to-day operations. The Board – which comprises of internal RVA members and external independent directors – acts as stewards for the continued growth and prosperity of the firm and bears overall responsibility for the governance of RVA. Together, the Leadership and Board share a common strategy that supports industry-leading client service across functions, capabilities, and geographies.
