R.V. Anderson Associates Limited was retained on a design-build team for the site servicing, site grading, stormwater management and construction supervision for the 407 unit student residence at Seneca College’s King Campus. Technical issues included confirmation of the King Campus sewage disposal and water supply capacities beyond the original design population, fire protection, and managing stormwater discharge into a cold water stream and a provincially significant wetland.
